If you are not old enough to manage your own Aocfan account, you need your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use a Aocfan account. Please have your parent or legal guardian read these terms with you. If you are a parent or legal guardian who has accepted these Terms and you allow your child to use the website, then you are responsible for your child's activities on the website to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Respect others

We want to create a respectful environment for everyone, which means you must follow these basic rules of conduct:

• Respect the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.

• Not abuse or harm (or threaten or encourage such abuse or harm) others or themselves - for example, by misleading, deceiving, illegally impersonating, defaming, bullying, harassing or stalking others.

• Do not abuse, harm, interfere with, or disrupt the website, for example, by fraudulent or misleading access or use, introducing malware, spamming, hacking, or bypassing our systems, have more then one tab opened at same time or protections.

Permission to use your content

Aocfan reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the applications or delete your Aocfan Account if any of these occur:

• Conduct that causes harm or liability to any user, third party or Aocfan, such as hacking, phishing, harassment, spamming, misleading others or scraping content that does not come from you.

• If there are objective and concrete reasons to believe that any of your content (1) violates applicable law or (2) could cause harm to our users, third parties, or Aocfan, we reserve the right to delete all or part of that content in accordance with applicable law. Examples include child pornography, content that promotes human trafficking or harassment, terrorist content, and content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, you can initiate the process by creating a support ticket through our designated support system. To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account on aocfan.

2. Navigate to the Chat and click on Support.

3. Create a new support ticket.

4. In the ticket, clearly state your request for account deletion.

Important to note:

• Verification: For security purposes, we may request additional information to verify your identity before proceeding with the account deletion. This is to ensure that the request is legitimate and protects the integrity of our community.

• Suspended Accounts: Accounts that are currently under suspension or have violated our Terms of Service may not be eligible for immediate deletion. This measure is in place to prevent users from circumventing account restrictions and creating new accounts with the same credentials.

• Data Retention: While we promptly delete your account upon your request, please be aware that certain data may be retained in accordance with our data retention policy. This includes information necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or analytical purposes.

• Recovery: Once your account is deleted, the process is irreversible, and all associated data will be permanently removed from our system. Be sure to back up any essential information before initiating the deletion process.

Copyright infringement

Aocfan is always ready for a peaceful settlement and removes copyright content from the website. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA, please contact us to resolve issues directly. The European Commission also offers an online dispute resolution platform. However, Aocfan is not required by law to use this or any other alternative dispute resolution platform.

Purchases & Refunds

After purchasing the Inquisitor Rank with Stripe, the respective benefits will be activated for you, with a duration of 1 Month from the date of purchase. The Inquisitor Membership is not a subscription; it requires manual renewal every month. Stay engaged and continue enjoying exclusive benefits by renewing your membership regularly. If no further payment is received by Aocfan for the following month, the Inquisitor Rank will be removed from your account, and the additional features will no longer be available.

As our product is digital, we do not offer refunds for the Inquisitor Rank. Attempting to request a refund for the Inquisitor Rank will result in a permanent suspension of your account on our platform.

Account Security

For better protection, NordPass checks during registration if the given password is insecure or has been used on other websites. Aocfan recommends everyone to change their password every few months to increase security. Exploiting code bugs with bad intentions is strictly forbidden. If bugs/exploits are found, report them directly to Acofan within 24 hours. Report Bugs/Exploits.

Aocfan will not be responsible if an account is taken over by an unauthorized person. Aocfan team will try to make the account available for the account owner when contacted. Stay safe!

Data Retention

We retain your email, username, password, and IP address. Your email is used for communication and updates, while your username and password are kept for account security. The IP address prevent fraud and ensure compliance with our Terms of Service.

This data is stored as long as your account is active. In case of account violation, we retain your email, username, password, and IP address to prevent future misuse.

 

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your data when the account is not suspended.

Links to Third-party Sites

Aocfan may contain links to websites and services owned or operated by third parties (each, a "Third Party Service"). Any information you provide on or that is collected by a Third Party Service is provided directly to the owner or operator of the Third Party Service and is subject to the privacy policies of the owner or operator. We are not responsible for the content, privacy or security practices and policies of third party services. To protect your privacy, we encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

Liability Disclaimer for User-Generated Content

Aocfan provides a platform for users to upload and share content. Aocfan does not claim ownership of any content uploaded by users and does not control or endorse the content.  Aocfan does not have the ability to verify the accuracy, completeness or authenticity of any content uploaded by users.

As a user of the Site, you are solely responsible for any content that you upload, including ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share the content. Aocfan does not assume any responsibility or liability for any content uploaded by users, including, but not limited to, any infringements of intellectual property rights or violations of any laws or regulations.

If Aocfan receives notice of any unauthorized content uploaded by a user, Acofan will make reasonable efforts to remove the content and may terminate the user's account. However, Aocfan is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such content and will not be held liable for any harm caused by the content. By using Acofan, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless to Aocfan, its affiliates, damages, or expenses arising from or related to any content that you upload.
